1. About FightCause

FightCause is a fundraising platform created for the combat sports community, including athletes, clubs, and related organizations. We provide tools for individuals and organizations to raise funds, sell event tickets, and engage supporters.

2. Payments and Fees

  • FightCause charges 0% platform fees to fundraisers.

  • We use an optional donor tipping model. Donors may choose to add a tip to help cover platform costs.

  • Standard payment processing fees apply (e.g., Stripe).

  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

3. Refund Policy

All donations are final. Any requests for refunds must be handled directly between the fundraiser and the donor. FightCause does not process or guarantee refunds.

4. Campaign Responsibilities

  • Fundraisers must provide truthful, accurate information about their campaigns.

  • Campaigns must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • FightCause reserves the right to remove campaigns that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

5. Event Ticketing

When using FightCause for ticket sales:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

  • FightCause is not responsible for event changes, cancellations, or refunds.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Illegal activities or fundraising for unlawful purposes

  • Fraudulent or misleading campaigns

  • Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content

7. Limitation of Liability

FightCause is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the platform, campaigns, or events. Use of the site is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
